Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training.
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification.
• Required: RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification.
• Desired: ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist the store manager with hiring tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders are processed promptly and communicated to customers as needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including cash handling and bank deposits, per policy.
