Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to provide superior customer experiences through leadership and hands-on coaching. You will support store leaders with recovery processes, risk mitigation, and staff development.

You will oversee daily operations, coach Customer Service Representatives, and ensure compliance with company standards while driving store profitability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service focus.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Work schedule includes regular in-person attendance with limited Saturdays.
