Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Laredo, TX. You will support customers, manage staff, and drive daily operations while upholding risk and compliance standards.

You will lead customer interactions, oversee POS transactions, and participate in in-store and community events. A strong background in retail or financial services and leadership experience are essential for growth within the brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site visits and community events.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
