Job summary

The Area Sales Manager at Sofwave Medical Inc. will drive sales of the company's products in their territory, building strong relationships with practitioners and staff to meet internal targets and contribute to strategic sales plans.

This role requires fluent Spanish, a 5+ year B2B sales track record, and the ability to travel up to 35%. You will educate customers, close deals, coordinate with marketing, and provide ongoing post-sale support to optimize product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Self-starter and disciplined to cover assigned sales territory through cold-calling and lead prospecting.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling a novel product with unique competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Achieve capital equipment quota for the assigned territory.
• Apply professional and ethical sales techniques to close sales in assigned territory.
• Acquire product knowledge through training and competitive analysis.
• Create awareness and demand for the company’s products.
• Identify prospective customers from leads and company activities.
• Engage customers daily via multiple channels to provide product information and close deals.
• Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Coordinate with internal personnel to align efforts with objectives.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, prices and sales trends.
• Negotiate contracts and payments within policy.
• Support customer success post-sale to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote products via events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
