Job summary

Driving Academy in Linden, NJ is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide aspiring CDL students through the enrollment process. In this inside sales role, you will contact warm leads, present our programs, collect required documents, and track every interaction in our CRM.

You will build a predictable enrollment pipeline, meet monthly targets, and provide a trusted advisory experience while upholding compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of successful experience in inside sales or phone-based customer acquisition.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads via phone, text, and email to schedule admissions appointments.
• Deliver in-person admissions presentations and explain programs and funding options.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment and required paperwork.
• Log all interactions in the CRM with attention to detail.
• Orient new enrollees on schedules and program procedures.
