Driving Academy in Hamilton Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative to guide prospective students through CDL training enrollment. You will handle inquiries in English and Spanish, recommend training packages, and process payments while ensuring compliance with state and company policies.

You will conduct in-office sales presentations, schedule appointments, and document interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a clear, engaging communication style.
• Demonstrated organization and attention to detail when managing records and schedules.
• Comfort using basic business technology, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and sales databases/CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads in English and Spanish via phone, text, and email to schedule sales appointments.
• Learn prospective students' career goals and recommend appropriate CDL training programs.
• Lead in-office sales presentations and facility tours following company guidelines.
• Enroll students, process payments (cash, check, credit card), and issue invoices.
• Complete and verify student paperwork to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Orient new students to school policies, schedule requirements, and classroom procedures.
• Document all sales interactions, calls, and student updates in the CRM software.
• Answer incoming questions and resolve customer concerns, routing complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
