Job summary

Driving Academy in Linden, NJ is seeking a Sales Representative to guide warm leads through the sales process from initial contact to closure. You will present programs, build rapport, and maintain customer documentation while upholding high integrity and service standards.

As an inside sales specialist, you will conduct in-office presentations, manage payments, and use the CRM to report activity. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus with a high-school diploma and 2 years of sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and leads to identify needs; suggests programs and obtains authorizations.
• Maintains outbound/inbound call volume with warm leads to set sales appointments.
• Conducts sales presentations within Driving Academy’s office.
• Processes payments by cash, check, and/or credit card.
• Fields customer questions and forwards complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Instructs new students on classroom procedures.
• Maintains customer documentation and service requests in line with policy.
• Manages invoices and related documents.
• Maintains CRM records and reports of sales activities.
