Driving Academy in Linden, NJ seeks a Sales Representative to be the face of the organization, guiding warm leads through the sales process, presenting programs, and maintaining integrity in every interaction.

This inside sales role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, with responsibilities spanning follow-up calls, presentations in-office, payment processing, and accurate reporting to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including inside sales & telecom sales.
• Fluency in English required.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and understand customer needs and propose programs to meet them.
• Maintain outbound/inbound call volume with warm leads to set appointments.
• Deliver sales presentations in Driving Academy's office per SOP.
• Process payments by cash, check, or credit card.
• Field questions and forward complex issues to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain CRM and detailed reports of sales activities.
• Ensure documentation and service requests comply with policy.
