Overview

Every year, hundreds of individuals look to build a better career and financial future through professional truck driving. As a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative at Driving Academy, you will be the primary point of contact for future students seeking their Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

In this role, you will guide English- and Spanish-speaking applicants through the entire decision-making and enrollment process—from their initial inquiry to their first day of class. What Success Looks Like

In your day-to-day work, you will balance incoming phone calls, scheduled in-person meetings, and diligent administrative follow-up. Over time, success means consistently converting warm leads into enrolled students while ensuring every applicant feels respected, clear on their options, and fully prepared to start their training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of all student interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with current, past, and prospective students to support enrollment goals and maintain high student retention.
• Orient new students to school facilities, schedules, and classroom expectations.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Full fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Sales Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, specifically in inside sales, phone sales, or direct customer consultations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Comfort using CRM software and standard office tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Communication & Organization: Clear, professional interpersonal skills with a disciplined approach to task management and client follow-up.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in vocational education, admissions, or training sales.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and use a computer keyboard and screen for extended periods.
• Occasional local driving and ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
