Job summary

Driving Academy in Wayne, New Jersey, is hiring a Full-time Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for future students pursuing their CDL, guiding English- and Spanish-speaking applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 2 years in inside sales or direct customer consultations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with CRM software and standard office tools.
• Strong communication and organization skills with solid follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, email, text, and in-person visits to understand goals and recommend training.
• Conduct structured, in-office sales presentations following company guidelines.
• Provide translations and explanations of enrollment paperwork in English and Spanish.
• Guide students and families through payment processing and onboarding.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of all student interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up regularly with current, past, and prospective students to support enrollment goals.
• Orient new students to school facilities, schedules, and classroom expectations.
