Job summary

Driving Academy in Wayne, NJ seeks an Admissions Representative for an inside-sales role. You will connect with warm leads, present CDL programs, and guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2+ years in sales, and a high school diploma or GED. Experience with CRM systems and office tools is expected, with earning potential aligned to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales or phone-based customer acquisition experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with rapid rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, text, and email to schedule in-office admissions appointments.
• Deliver in-person sales presentations about CDL programs and funding options.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment and required paperwork.
• Log all interactions in our CRM accurately and timely.
• Build a predictable enrollment pipeline and help meet monthly targets.
