Driving Academy in Wayne, NJ seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage warm leads and guide customers through the sales process on-site. You will present programs, process payments, and maintain CRM records while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in sales, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus. On-site position with benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing CDL education provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (inside sales).
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and match with Driving Academy programs and packages.
• Maintain high-volume inbound/outbound calls to set sales appointments.
• Present sales within the Driving Academy office environment per SOPs.
• Process payments by cash, check, or credit card.
• Handle customer questions/complaints and escalate when needed.
• Instruct new students on classroom procedures and school operations.
• Ensure documentation and service requests comply with policy.
• Maintain CRM records and reports of sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and previous customers.
