Honest Abe Roofing of Brownsville, TX seeks a reliable administrative assistant to manage the front desk, handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule routes, and interface with vendors and municipalities. This bilingual role supports the team and demonstrates leadership in a business-driven environment.

The candidate will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 40 hours weekly, with bonus potential and training provided. Uniforms and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Bilingual requirement for English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls handled at front desk.
• Schedule routing of calls and appointments.
• Troubleshoot customer and team issues promptly.
• Interface with vendors and municipalities.
• Document and track activities.
• Maintain records and data accuracy.
• Support advancement and income opportunities.
• Make and distribute copies and files.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Protect customer information and keep records safe.
• Demonstrate strong MS Windows knowledge.
• Remain teachable and coachable.
