ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders with accuracy. You will upsell, manage payments, coordinate pickups, and ensure timely deliveries while delivering world-class service.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, team collaboration, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to keep our customers happy and projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns.
