Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Manager (Bilingual) to oversee client relationships and service delivery in the New York market. The role focuses on retention, expansion, and ensuring high client satisfaction through effective service strategies and contract negotiations.

You will coordinate with Contractors and internal teams, supervise Night Managers, and drive revenue growth while maintaining quality standards across client sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales and management in building maintenance or facility management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for additional services with clients and staffing decisions.
• Supervise Night Managers to ensure service execution and client satisfaction.
