Job summary

Randstad USA in New York is seeking a proactive Account Executive to grow client relationships and ensure clients have the talent they need. You will connect with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and partner with our recruiting team to deliver top candidates and smooth service.

You will drive sales growth by expanding key client relationships, build trusted advisor status with stakeholders, and proactively win new business.

Qualifications

• At least a year of demonstrated success in recruiting and/or sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Demonstrated accountability to sales metrics.
• History of using activity targets to deliver results.
• Experience qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Growth Through Client Expansion: grow business by expanding relationships with key clients and uncovering opportunities.
• Building Strategic Client Partnerships: establish yourself as a trusted advisor with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proactively Identifying and Closing New Business: reach out to departments within clients to understand needs and sell staffing solutions.
• Delivering Exceptional Service to Fuel Growth: ensure clients and candidates have outstanding experiences.
• Leveraging Technology for Sales Effectiveness: use technology to track client interactions and activities to grow accounts.
