Job summary

LCS Facility Group in New York is seeking a District Manager to lead and supervise facility services across multiple accounts. You will plan, direct, or coordinate governance activities for commercial and industrial projects and ensure timely responses to client requests.

The role demands strong leadership, client negotiation, budgeting, and collaboration with HR for staffing. Travel up to 50% within the region and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience required.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team members must wear LCS provided apparel and personal protective equipment, when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Must be willing to travel – 50% travel within 100 miles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities, and discuss project staffing and status.
• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial and industrial projects.
• Direct and coordinate activities related to pricing, sales, or distribution of services.
• Direct administrative activities related to providing services.
• Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for projects.
• Review financials and performance data to identify cost reductions or improvements.
• Develop new revenue streams and sales opportunities.
• Work with the Sales Team to analyze information and select best solutions.
• Participate in walkthroughs and presentations.
• Review related reports including monthly P&L, staffing, timecards, and overtime.
