Responsibilities include supervising and training Team Members, planning work schedules, and maintaining facility records. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in facility services management and strong project management skills.

This position offers an annual salary between $55,000 and $60,000, along with the opportunity to grow with a dynamic company.

Job Description

As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
