Responsibilities

Oversees verification process for all new potential customers.
Presents rental agreement to customers, ensuring they understand details.
Handling payments via cash, credit/debit card, money order, etc.
Continually calling delinquent customers and pursuing past due accounts with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Navigating customer references to re-establish communication with customers.
Occasionally handle field collections and de-installations.
Identifies opportunities to recapture past due business on customers returning merchandise.
Maintains working knowledge of POS system and customer histories.
Maintains clean and stocked work area.
Other duties as assigned.
