RNR Tire Express is seeking an Account Manager to contact customers with expired Rental Agreements and work to maintain their accounts. The focus is on re-selling the Rental Agreement and educating customers, not just collecting money.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, and collections.
• Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, and responding.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Oversees verification process for new potential customers.
• Presents rental agreement details to customers.
• Handles payments via cash, credit/debit, money orders, etc.
• Makes outbound calls to delinquent customers and pursues past-due accounts.
• Re-establishes communication with customers through references.
• Occasionally handles field collections and de-installations.
• Identifies opportunities to recapture past-due business.
• Maintains knowledge of the POS system and customer history.
• Keeps work area clean and stocked.
• Other duties as assigned.
