Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Some College preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and troubleshoot device issues.
• Provide exceptional account management and customer service while assisting with replacing devices, adding/removing lines, and renewing services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and processes at department and client levels.
