This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving commercial performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, and applying disciplined account management practices that fuel long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, marketing, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 3–8 years in account management, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and account documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Account Manager for 2 appliance customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships across purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Track and manage account performance using a data-based approach.
• Prepare and present account performance reports and updates.
• Coordinate customer requests with cross-functional teams.
• Lead QBRs with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to customer and manufacturing locations in the US and Mexico.
