Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calls.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed CRM records.
