Job summary

NCD is seeking an Account Executive to onboard and activate new agents, training them on our dental and vision insurance products. You will generate leads, participate in industry events, and progressively handle higher-level account management responsibilities with a focus on helping agents succeed and spread the smile.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or agent support in insurance/healthcare.
• Familiarity with agent onboarding and training processes.
• Experience with outbound sales calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to newly contracted agents and educate them on tools and onboarding.
• Conduct outbound lead calls to educate prospective agents and drive contracting.
• Engage at industry events and manage lead generation activities.
• Lead onboarding workshops, webinars, and training sessions for agents.
• Support account management and share best practices to drive production.
• Coordinate post-event follow-ups to convert leads into contracted agents.
• Track campaigns and agent feedback to inform product improvements.
