Job summary

NCD seeks an Account Executive - Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred. The role focuses on onboarding new agents, training, and driving lead generation while coordinating with Sales and Agent Support. The position involves travel to industry events and nurturing relationships with contracted agents.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in sales or account management, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. This remote-friendly role supports a growing insurance services team and offers development

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales, account management, or agent support experience.
• Outbound sales calls, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with agent onboarding and training processes.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred for communication with agents and prospects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for educating and supporting agents.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to introduce new agents and onboard them smoothly.
• Lead generation and nurturing through events and outreach.
• Staff industry events, manage booth interactions and brand presence.
• Facilitate onboarding workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Support a portfolio of agents and address escalated concerns with Sales.
• Lead weekly training webinars and post-event follow-ups.
