Job summary

NCD, a top-tier insurance provider, seeks an Account Executive to onboard, train, and activate new agents, guiding onboarding, training, and best practices. The role supports lead generation, participates in industry events, and gradually assumes higher level account management responsibilities.

You will liaise between Sales and Agent Support to route escalated concerns, aiding production while managing a small portfolio of accounts. Travel to industry events is required and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or agent support in insurance/healthcare.
• Experience with outbound calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with agent onboarding and training processes.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred for communicating with agents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for educating and supporting agents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to onboard new agents and introduce NCD tools and onboarding process.
• Lead generation through outbound calls and contracting with warm leads.
• Represent NCD at industry events to engage potential agents and strengthen brand presence.
• Facilitate onboarding workshops for new agents, in-person or virtual.
• Provide sales enablement by sharing agent success stories and best practices.
• Lead weekly product and training webinars to explain offerings.
• Take ownership of a small portfolio of accounts to support production.
• Perform structured post-event follow-ups to convert leads into contracted agents.
• Run monthly themed call campaigns to gather agent feedback for product improvements.
