Job summary

NCD in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Manager - Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred to onboard, train, and activate new agents, guiding them through onboarding and best practices. You will support lead generation, participate in industry events, and gradually take on more account management responsibilities.

As a liaison between Sales and Agent Support, you will ensure escalated concerns are routed appropriately, manage a small portfolio, and help drive production through structured outreach and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or agent support.
• Experience with outbound sales calls, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with agent onboarding and training processes.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to educate and support agents.
• Multitask and manage multiple agent relationships.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for training webinars/workshops.
• Organized and comfortable with data tracking and CRM software.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Newly Contracted Agent Outreach and onboarding support.
• Outbound Lead Calls to educate and contract with potential agents.
• Event Engagement & Lead Generation at industry conferences.
• Agent Onboarding Workshops, virtual or in-person.
• Sales Enablement Support with case studies and best practices.
• Product & Training Webinars to train agents on products and strategies.
• Account Management Support for a small portfolio of agents.
• Event Lead Follow-Up to nurture leads into contracted agents.
• Themed Monthly Call Campaigns to gather feedback and inform product development.
