Job summary

NCD is seeking an Account Executive to onboard, train, and activate new agents, guiding them through onboarding, training, and best practices while supporting lead generation. You’ll engage with industry events and prospect through outbound calls to grow our agent network and sales pipeline.

This role requires 2–4 years in sales or account management, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel. Join a team that values collaboration, growth, and a customer‑first approach to dental and vision

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or agent support
Experience with outbound sales calls, lead generation, and customer engagement
Familiarity with onboarding and training processes for agents

Responsibilities

Newly Contracted Agent Outreach – conduct outbound calls to onboard agents
Outbound Lead Calls – educate warm leads on offerings and contracting
Event Engagement & Lead Generation – staff booths at industry events to boost brand presence
Agent Onboarding Workshops – host small-group training sessions
Sales Enablement Support – share agent success stories and best practices
