Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. The role includes assessments, treatment plan development, and supervising behavior technicians. Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to support a diverse client population.

You will collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, ensure ethical practice, and maintain precise documentation while delivering meaningful progress for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be active and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
