BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BCBAs. You will support each client's goals in home, school, or community settings, delivering high-quality care with fidelity under supervision.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, dedicated to helping others, and committed to professional growth in behavioral health.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree is a plus.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
