Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA team. This role supports each client's unique goals with compassion and dedication.

The position offers opportunities to work in diverse settings, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and colleagues to ensure high-quality care. A strong desire to learn and grow in behavioral health is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client's home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
