Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BCBAs and supporting each client's goals.

You'll provide therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA and team in supervision meetings. We value compassionate care, reliability, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physically able to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client's home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
