Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client's goals.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, dedicated to high-quality care, and eager to collaborate with a supportive team across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and trust.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain high professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
