BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans created by BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or communities as directed by the BCBA and per RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport for a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
