Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with a dedicated team in diverse settings—home, school, or community—to support each client's goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; related degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity and data recording.
• Collect and record data to track progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and build rapport.
