BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client's goals.

This role suits individuals eager to learn and deliver high-quality care. You will provide ABA therapy in various settings—homes, schools, and communities—under BCBA supervision, collecting data and documenting progress to guide

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions; implement treatment plans and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children; including sitting, standing, lifting, moving during therapy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport and ensure a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
