BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA team and supporting each client’s goals in home, school, or community settings.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping others, detail-oriented in data collection, and committed to delivering high-quality care with a trauma-informed, client- and family-centered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate; strong communication with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed ABA treatment plans and collect data.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision with fidelity.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
