DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Bike Technician to deliver a differentiated customer experience for cyclists. You will build and repair bicycles, recommend products, and engage customers with passion and expertise in their sport.

As part of the Bike Department, you will promote warranty sales, our Scorecard program, and seasonal promotions, while maintaining department presentation and safety standards. Join a team focused on helping athletes achieve their dreams.

Qualifications

• Experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong customer service and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures.
• Provide passionate customer service and sell bikes and related merchandise.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty program, and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage to company standards.
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
