DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Bike Technician to deliver expert bicycle service and a standout customer experience. You will build and repair bicycles to spec, assist customers with gear choices, and promote warranty and loyalty programs in-store.

As part of the Bike Department, you will uphold presentation standards, welcome riders of all levels, and contribute to a friendly, safety-conscious environment while meeting department goals.

Formación

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking

Responsabilidades

• Build and repair bicycles according to established procedures.
• Provide passionate customer service and product recommendations.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty program, and other promotions.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and safety standards.
