Job summary

Trek Store Dublin is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories for customers on the floor. You will interact with customers daily, building relationships while ensuring gear runs smoothly and safely.

In this role you’ll greet customers, assess issues, and recommend repairs with a hospitality-first approach. You’ll learn brand-new models and support the Service Manager as needed in a fast-paced shop.

• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Ability to work well in a busy retail environment and adapt to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot bike repairs and service on the spot.
• Install accessories customer selects for new bikes.

• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
