Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor for Trek Store Dublin. You will troubleshoot and service bicycles on the spot, install accessories, and gain hands-on access to new models before they reach the floor.

• Stellar customer service and a willingness to learn.
• Strong hospitality skills are valued over prior shop experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot and install accessories.
• Handle brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and keep gear running smoothly.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
