Job summary

Trek Store South Bay is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to keep bikes running smoothly and help customers get the right accessories. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a variety of bikes on the spot, and get hands-on with new models before they hit the floor.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced shop environment. As a key member, you’ll support the Service Manager and act as the face of the department when needed,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn servicing methods and new bike technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bikes on location.
• Service bikes and install accessories as selected by customers.
• Engage with customers to assess issues and suggest repairs.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
