Job summary

Trek Store Beverly Hills is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor. You will care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories so customers leave with gear they love. You’ll gain hands-on access to brand new Trek models and help keep customers happy with outstanding service.

We value hospitality, communication, and problem solving as core skills. You’ll be the face of the service department when the manager is away, delivering friendly, expert assistance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong hospitality focus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn bike servicing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with bike repairs and service on site.
• Troubleshoot repairs and perform installations of accessories.
• Be first to handle brand new Trek models for training and familiarity.
• Build relationships with customers and act as face of the service department.
• Support Service Manager and maintain high service standards.
