Job summary

Trek Store Palm Springs is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who loves bikes and people. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service a variety of bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new ride.

You’ll also be among the first to work with brand new Trek models before they hit the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Interest in servicing bicycles and learning new technologies.
• Leadership potential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the first to handle brand new Trek models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly.
• Serve as the face of the department when the Service Manager is not available.
