Job summary

Trek Store Peters Township is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to diagnose and repair bikes on the spot, install accessories, and help customers choose the right gear. You will also get hands-on with brand new models before they reach the sales floor.

The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to learn as you go in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the face of the department when the Service Manager is away.

• Be the first to work on brand new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure gear runs smoothly.
• Act as the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
