Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service chops and a friendly, hospitality-minded approach.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot, explain repairs clearly, and stay organized under busy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service various bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for new bikes.
• Be the first to work with brand-new models before sales floor release.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
