Job summary

Trek Store Wilmington is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories for customers. You will work closely with the Service Manager and may be the face of the department when they’re away.

Qualifications

• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in bike servicing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their bike.
• Hand on brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
