Job summary

Trek Store Ventura is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who loves bikes and delivering superb customer service. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service diverse bikes on the spot, install accessories, and handle brand-new models before they hit the floor.

Qualifications

• Cares for bikes and helps customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication and hospitality to assist customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow in bicycle service techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers and earn their trust.
• Support the Service Manager and help in day-to-day team tasks.
