• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for cycling and other outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-first culture and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide bike services, repairs, and fittings.
• Train and develop store associates on selling strategies.
• Lead team to achieve store goals.
• Oversee visual presentation of the bike department.
• Maintain merchandising and operational integrity.
• Represent Sun & Ski Sports in the cycling community.
• Support bike/cycling events.
• Communicate with store leadership and corporate partners.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions.
