This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, offering honest guidance, and helping customers find the bikes, gear, and service solutions that fit their needs.

• Greet customers and create a positive, approachable shop atmosphere
• Listen to riders’ goals and recommend bikes, components, apparel, and accessories
• Share accurate product knowledge and real‑world cycling insights
• Assist with test rides, basic fit considerations, and purchase decisions
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑merchandised
• Collaborate with mechanics and service staff to ensure smooth customer handoffs
• Support shop events, group rides, and community engagement when needed
